WW2 German M35 - Spanish Civil War Condor Legion ET62.
I’ve sold a few of these and I have a few more but this is the best one in my collection. The liner is in fantastic shape as it looks to have been treated very nicely by its previous owner. The greenish/brown paint you’d normally see from a Spanish helmet is 100% still there.
The black paint from postwar civil defense use is there but it’s chipping off. It could be easily removed if you want. Most importantly, under the black paint you can still see where the helmet had both decals. They’re 95% gone, but you can still make out where they were. Also, this is a German made helmet that is catalogued and marked with the ET62 helmet. With this and it’s conversion into a Spanish helmet, you can confidently place this helmet with a member of the German Condor Legion. Super cool.
