Vintage-Antique Sitting Down Bull Cow Figurine-Flower Decorated-Ferdinand?

This auction is for the cutest little Vintage Bull Cow Figurine that I have ever seen> Ferdinand the Bull maybe? He measures just under 4" at the horns and has some flowers decorating back and sides. Condition is good with just some glaze bubbles and a couple little crazing lines on the bottom back. Please look at all photos and email any questions before bidding.
