Product Description
The 150v4060 is a 150 HP GV3000/SE series Reliance Electric AC Drive.
The 150v4060 has three main control standards. It has a general purpose (V/Hz) regulation, a sensorless vector control (SVC) regulation, and a flux vector control (FVC) regulation. A separate option board is not needed to alter these regulation methods, these methods are a standard feature of the drive.  The drive is 460 VACs and has a 111 kW rating at 400 V. When the drive is in general purpose regulation, it is 200 amps @ 2 kHz or 4 kHz and is 160 amps @ 8 kHz. When the drive is in vector regulation it is also 200 amps @ 2 or 4 kHz and 160 amps @ 8 kHz. It has an AC line frequency of 48-62 Hz.
The 150v4060 is in an IP00 chassis that is 875mm tall, 281 mm wide, and 366 mm thick. It weighs 55 kg. There are DC bus and AC input power connections that are on the top side of the chassis. There are three motor terminals on the bottom of the chassis that are used to provide incoming and outgoing wire separation. There are kits that are sold separately that can transform this chassis into a NEMA 1 rated enclosure. There is a double fan air circulation assembly on the bottom of the chassis. On the faceplate of the drive is a user interface that has 14 LED indicators, a 7-segment 4-digit LED display, and 9 button keypad. This drive should only be operated in a 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity and temperatures between 0 to +55 degrees Celsius.
