Miniature Woodcarving of Holstein Bull, Fine Detail, Vintage Norway

Description

Miniature Holstein bull hardwood carving in fine detail. 3 x 2 x 1 3/8 inches small. It is similar in style and quality to a very fine black forest or swiss carving except that this level of detail is on a micro scale. Pencil writing on the underside of base says "from Bergen Norway, Holsteiner" which may mean it was acquired there and/or made there.
