    This is a scarce 1988 promo lp record by Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones titled "Talk Is Cheap". This is on the Virgin record label #1-90973. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels and comes in the original inner sleeve. The cover is very good with a hype sticker on the front, a gold promo stamp and a cut or slice along the upper left spine edge.   This is a very nice
