    Description

    This rare, humorous print appeared in Harper's Weekly in 1875 and depicts kids potentially getting into gun trouble.  The artist is unknown, since it does not seem to be signed nor does the name appear anywhere on the print that we can see. The frame is uniquely suited to the age of the black and white print and is made to look like old, weathered barn wood.  This original print is matted as well.  The small age marks and the paper color are consistent with the age of the print.  Part of the backing is torn but can easily be repaired.
    The size is 15 X 10.5 inches.
